How does pricing work for Retro Board?
EvoHub is usage-based, not per-seat. You get free EvoHub tokens every month with no credit card required. Retro Board is very light on usage. A typical team running weekly retros will stay comfortably within the free tier for months. Additional usage is billed only by what you consume.
Is collaboration truly real time?
Yes. Cards, votes, and column changes are broadcast to every participant over a persistent WebSocket connection backed by Redis pub/sub. There is no need to refresh. Updates appear in under a second across all participants.
Can I invite guests who are not EvoHub users?
Yes. Any board can generate a shareable link that grants read or edit access without requiring an account. Guest sessions are scoped to the specific board and expire automatically.
Which retro formats and templates are included?
EvoHub Retro ships with Start / Stop / Continue, Mad / Sad / Glad, 4 Ls, and What went well / What didn't / Action items, plus a blank board to build your own columns.
How does anonymous mode protect participant privacy?
During the writing phase, card authorship is hidden from all participants including the facilitator. Cards are shown without any identity metadata. You can optionally reveal authors after the discussion phase as a group decision.
Does Retro Board integrate with our issue tracker?
The board can be exported as a PDF. Native one-click push to Jira and Linear is on the roadmap. For now the PDF export is designed to be easy to share with any team.
