Is EvoHub free to start?

Yes. Every account gets free EvoHub tokens every month, with no credit card required, no per-seat fees, and no base fee. You only pay for usage beyond the free tokens.

How does on-call alerting work?

Escalation policies route alerts to the right person and, if nobody responds, to the next person in the chain. You can reach people by mobile push, email, or voice call, with SMS coming soon, so critical alerts always get through.

Can I run multiple teams from a single account?

Yes. EvoHub is multi-tenant by design. Each organization gets isolated data, separate on-call schedules, and independent escalation policies. You can invite as many members as you need at no extra cost.

Can I control who can do what?

Yes. Every organization starts with Admin, Member and Viewer, and you can write your own roles service by service — for example a role that runs boards and nothing else. Give roles to people or to whole teams. API keys act with their owner's permissions, or an organization role's, and never more.

What is coming next?

On-Call, Uptime Monitoring, Retro Board, Status Pages, and Board are live. Changelog, Docs and Database Studio are in progress; DORA Metrics and Service Catalog are on the roadmap.

How does pricing work?

Usage-based, not per seat. A 50-person team pays the same as a 5-person team for the same usage. You get free EvoHub tokens every month, and every action has a fixed token weight so your bill is always predictable.

Is my data secure and private?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your organization's data is fully isolated, so no other tenant can access it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Notice for full details.
