Frequently asked questions

How does pricing work? Is there a free tier?

EvoHub is usage-based, not per-seat. You get free EvoHub tokens every month with no credit card required. Additional usage is billed by consumption, so a team of 50 engineers pays exactly the same as a team of 5 for identical usage.

Which notification channels are supported?

On-Call pages your team via voice call, mobile push notification, and email, with SMS coming soon. You can stack multiple channels per escalation step and configure them per-user.

How many alert source integrations exist?

EvoHub On-Call ships with native integrations for Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Sentry, PRTG, Zabbix, and Cortex XDR. Any tool that can send a webhook works too, so you are never blocked waiting on a native connector.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — EvoHub is available now on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). You receive push notifications, acknowledge and resolve alerts, see who is on-call, and override schedules directly from your phone.

Does On-Call connect to my status page?

Yes. Incidents, postmortems, and maintenance timeline updates from On-Call publish directly to your EvoHub status page, with severity mapped to the status-page impact vocabulary automatically. Your public page stays in sync with what your responders are doing, with no double entry.

Can I record an incident after it happened?

Yes. Create the incident with "It already happened" and its real start and end times. Nobody is paged, and when you publish it to your status page it lands in the history on the days it happened without emailing subscribers.

How painful is migrating from PagerDuty or Opsgenie?

Not very. Your existing schedules and escalation policies map naturally to EvoHub's model. Most teams migrate their configuration in under an hour. We provide step-by-step docs and our team replies within one business day if you get stuck.

What is the reliability of alert delivery?

Alerts flow through a durable queue, are retried automatically, and are confirmed on the receiving channel before the escalation chain advances. If one channel fails, the next one in the escalation step still fires, so a single provider hiccup does not drop a page.
