How does pricing work for Board?
EvoHub is usage-based, not per-seat. You get free EvoHub tokens every month with no credit card required. Board is light on usage, and a typical team will stay comfortably within the free tier. Additional usage is billed only by what you consume.
Is collaboration truly real time?
Yes. Card moves, edits, comments, and reordering are broadcast to every board member over a persistent WebSocket connection. Updates appear in under a second across all connected members.
What is the review gate?
Lists can be marked as a review or done list. Cards entering a review-gated list require an approval from a reviewer before they can move into Done, so nothing is marked finished without a second pair of eyes.
Can I link a card to an incident or ticket in another EvoHub service?
Yes. Cards support generic links to other EvoHub services, so a card can point back to the On-Call incident, Uptime monitor, or Support ticket that created it.
Can I filter and search a board?
Yes. Boards support filtering by assignee, label, and due date range, plus full-text search across every card, all evaluated for the whole board so you find what you need even on a large board.
Who can see and edit a board?
Boards are scoped to your organization. Board members are added individually with a role, and only members can view or edit the board's lists and cards.
