EvoHub

UptimeRobot alerts, routed to the right on-call engineer

Receive UptimeRobot monitor down/up alerts via webhook. EvoHub turns each UptimeRobot alert into an on-call alert, runs it through your escalation policy, and pages people by voice call, mobile push and email.

How the UptimeRobot integration works

  1. Create a UptimeRobot integration in EvoHub On-Call and pick the escalation policy it should notify.
  2. EvoHub gives the integration its own URL (or inbound address) with a unique key — paste it into UptimeRobot using the steps below.
  3. Each UptimeRobot alert opens an EvoHub alert, and your escalation policy pages the on-call person — then the next step if nobody acknowledges.
  4. Resolves automatically when UptimeRobot reports the monitor up again.

Set up UptimeRobot

Create the integration in EvoHub first — it shows your personal integration URL to paste below.

# 1. UptimeRobot → My Settings → Alert Contacts → Add → Web-Hook

# 2. URL to Notify — paste this, INCLUDING the & at the end:
<your EvoHub integration URL>&
# The trailing & is a must: UptimeRobot appends the alert
# data (monitorID, alertType, …) right after your URL, and
# without the & it corrupts the key → nothing arrives.

# 3. That's it — no POST value needed. UptimeRobot adds the
# fields automatically as a querystring.
