EvoHub

New Relic alerts, routed to the right on-call engineer

Receive alerts from New Relic Issues via webhook destination. EvoHub turns each New Relic alert into an on-call alert, runs it through your escalation policy, and pages people by voice call, mobile push and email.

How the New Relic integration works

  1. Create a New Relic integration in EvoHub On-Call and pick the escalation policy it should notify.
  2. EvoHub gives the integration its own URL (or inbound address) with a unique key — paste it into New Relic using the steps below.
  3. Each New Relic alert opens an EvoHub alert, and your escalation policy pages the on-call person — then the next step if nobody acknowledges.
  4. Resolves automatically when the New Relic issue is closed or deactivated.

Set up New Relic

Create the integration in EvoHub first — it shows your personal integration URL to paste below.

# 1. New Relic → Alerts → Destinations → add a Webhook
Endpoint URL: <your EvoHub integration URL>

# 2. Alerts → Workflows → create a workflow → notify via
# that webhook.

# That's it — New Relic's default payload template works
# as-is, no editing needed (id, title, priority, state and
# policy/condition names are all picked up).
